Officially, it&#39;s 2.0, but no one has used that in years.  Although it&#39;s going to be 3.0, I&#39;d suggest starting to use 4.0 to get people used to the
changes when they happen.

			<description><![CDATA[ Hopefully 4.0 will be official format for tournaments soon. I think it is well balanced in making the scenarios just as important as caster kills and timed
rounds give you plenty of time to do your thing without being too hurried. The best part of 4.0 is at the end of the match VPs in the scenario control area(s)
are all that matter.

Current version of Steamroller in use. Two lists, VP sniping allowed, all that jazz. More work for Matt, but for a decent turn out, I dont think he&#39;ll
